For Gina, the first step in the digital marketing process is outlining each client’s unique goals to help drive strategy.
“What do we want to achieve and why are we doing this? I want to make sure our digital strategy accurately reflects our marketing goals so we set ourselves up for success from the beginning.”
Gina graduated from Iowa State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in Spanish. Before Meld, Gina worked at Converge Consulting, one of the fastest growing companies on the Inc. 5000 list, as a digital strategist and a digital account manager.

Most People Wouldn’t Know: I sang cabaret and I was captain of the cross country team in high school.
Favorite Local Establishment: Big Grove, I love their food, and they have the best Moscow Mules with whiskey.

Favorite TV Show: Gilmore Girls. I like it because I watched it when I was younger and it is well written.
Perfect Day: I would be at the beach, boating, and enjoying good food and drinks. Overall just a relaxing day.

Favorite Book: I love reading books about World War II.
Best Advice Received: My grandpa once said,”You’ll never have anything if you don’t go without.” I enjoy this because it teaches that you cannot always have everything in life that you want. At certain times you may have to sacrifice smaller things in order to achieve something greater, whether that’s financial or relational.
