Paige got her start at Meld as a marketing content intern before officially joining the team as a content specialist. A graduate of the University of Iowa (Journalism and Psychology double major), Paige helps clients tell their stories and reach the right audiences through blogging, social media, newsletters, Google Ads, paid social media ads, and other forms of content. Writing has been her main career goal since she was 9 years old and decided she wanted to be the next J.K. Rowling.
In her free time, Paige enjoys reading (ideally near the ocean), has a preference for hard-shell tacos (her record is 13 in one sitting), and loves to rock wall climb. In fact, she has her certification to belay (the person on the ground holding the safety rope).
Most People Wouldn’t Know: I wrote my first “book” when I was 9 years old. It was 99 pages long. Since then, I’ve started more stories than I can count (most left unfinished when I moved on to the next story idea). I have whole notebooks and flash drives filled with half-finished stories from my childhood!
Favorite Local Establishment: It’s hard to pick just one, but you can’t beat a falafel pita from Oasis Falafel.
Favorite Food: Tacos—strictly hard shell.
Favorite TV Show: It’s a toss-up between How I Met Your Mother and The Mandalorian!
Perfect Day: Me and a stack of books, lying near the ocean with nothing better to do than read and soak up the sun.
Favorite Color: Depends on the day, but teal is usually a strong contender!
Favorite Music Genre or Artist: Imagine Dragons
Favorite Book: Any of the Harry Potter books.
Best Advice Received: This is not so much advice as it is an inspirational quote: “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.” -Henry Ford. Perspective and mindset are everything!
Favorite Thing About Working at Meld: I get to put my passion for writing to work every day while collaborating with some of the best creative minds in the industry!
