Randy’s Flooring
Meld Marketing and Kevin Mellen (Creative Mellen) worked with Randy’s to create a refreshed brand identity, and along the way, one of the key recommendations was to change the company name to Randy’s Flooring to better reflect what consumers wanted.
Meld also created strategies to drive audiences and traffic to the new Cedar Rapids store and the Coralville store, developed a new, responsive WordPress website, organized and executed events, created new signage, and developed and executed robust ongoing social media content across platforms.
Facebook growth alone in a year-to-year comparison increased 68 percent. The email campaign for the new store opening in Cedar Rapids also resulted in a 30.5 percent open rate versus an industry average of 13.7 percent.
